D2C Website Design for Stumble Guys
Award-winning web-based monetization platform designed during Scopely’s global hackathon.

Designed a direct-to-consumer (D2C) website concept for Stumble Guys, aiming to drive player engagement and purchases outside app stores.
The platform focused on seamless UX, conversion, and monetization. This project won the Jury's Special Mention Award in Scopely’s worldwide internal hackathon and was recognized by senior global leadership.
Royal Match: Game Deconstruction
Analyzed the success of Royal Match through a product-first lens.

Performed a full game deconstruction of Royal Match, focusing on monetization loops, UX flow, level pacing, and art direction. This study helped sharpen my understanding of why certain products scale and how mechanics + visual design contribute to retention.
